On October 14, Community Smiles Dental welcomed friends and community partners to The Wisconsin Club in Milwaukee for our annual Cheers for Community Smiles gathering. The evening was an opportunity to celebrate our impact, share exciting updates, and recognize the generosity of those who make our mission possible.

Following a record-breaking year in 2025, Community Smiles Dental is on track to serve more than 5,000 unique patients in over 15,000 appointments in 2026. Guests heard about the continued growth of our Waukesha and Menomonee Falls clinics, along with exciting progress toward opening our new Milwaukee clinic at The Beacon in 2027. This new location will significantly expand access to compassionate, high-quality dental healthcare for children and families throughout the region.

Some of the evening’s most meaningful moments came from the people at the heart of our mission. Eredia, a longtime CSD patient and now a volunteer, shared her personal journey and how her experiences have inspired her to consider a future in dental healthcare. We also celebrated Emma Thomas, a former CSD Dental Assistant now pursuing a career in dental hygiene with support from the Dr. Dan D’Angelo Scholarship Fund, which honors one of our founding members by investing in the continued growth and education of our team.

As we look ahead to an exciting new chapter for Community Smiles Dental, we are grateful for the donors, sponsors, volunteers, and community partners who make our work possible. Your generosity and commitment help us reach more patients, expand access to care, and create healthier smiles throughout southeastern Wisconsin.
